The restaurant in Rome is located in the heart of the picturesque quiet quarter of Transtevere, next to Piazza Belli. This stylish, welcoming establishment serves traditional Roman cuisine.
For a snack, the restaurant’s chefs offer a bruschetta with rabbit liver paste with Cumberland sauce, fried Mazzarella with salad and pea and mint cream, fried zucchini flowers with avocado paste and ricotta in a duet with scallops, Fritatta with asparagus and raw Provolone. The first serves different types of homemade pasta and vegetable soup with sausages, entrecote with a side dish of chicory and potatoes and some other dishes. We recommend trying the Pnzannella dish – a salad with slices of bread marinated in balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, onions, basil, seasoned with olive oil.
For dessert, treat yourself to an excellent orange cake with Ricotta cheese and chocolate ice cream, profiteroles with lemon mousse, hot chocolate and licorice sauce or hot cake with fudge, chocolate, vanilla ice cream and fresh fruit.

The restaurant in Florence is located in Piazza San Marco, in the immediate vicinity of the Academy Gallery.
The menu is quite traditional for the Tuscan region, however, some positions are of particular interest. So, in the appetizers and salads section, there are: asparagus with egg and truffles, grilled pallet with fresh artichokes and balsamic vinegar, mushroom strudel with poppy seeds and parmesan sauce. For the first, they serve hand-made pasta, gnocchi, lasagna, risotto or soup. The main dish is prepared with meat: steaks, pork chops with aromatic herbs, meatloaf with zucchini, sausages, veal in tomato sauce, rabbit with artichokes, beef fillet with wine, juniper and shallot. Do not give up dessert: here they are excellent. The restaurant also makes homemade ice cream, which is certainly worth a try.
